- 1 Cup Shortening
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
- 2 Eggs, Beaten
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Cups Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup NaturSource Salad Topper Cranberry and Seeds
Cream shortening and brown sugar.
Add beaten eggs and mix, then add vanilla and mix.
Combine all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt and rolled oats, then add to wet ingredients and mix.
Add cranberry and seeds and mix.
Bake on 350 for 10 min or until just beginning to turn brown.
